Asus Eeebook E402 Eeebook E205SA with Windows 10 launched in India

Asus has expanded its affordable EeeBook-series notebook in India with the launch of EeeBook E402 and EeeBook E205SA. The EeeBook E402 is a budget 14-inch lightweight notebook while the EeeBook E205SA is a convertible notebook that comes with 360 degree rotatable hinge, the allows it to be used in multiple modes including tablets, laptop, stand and tent. Both machines run Windows 10.

The Asus EeeBook E402 comes with a 14-inch 1366 x 768 LED backlit display and is powered by 2.58GHz dual-core Intel Celeron N2840 processor with Intel HD Graphics 400, 2GB RAM and 32GB EMMC storage. There is also a slot for installing HDD up to 3TB in Size. Connectivity features include WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0, RJ45 LAN jack, HDMI, a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. Other features include VGA webcam, SonicMaster audio and a 32Wh 2-cell battery. The notebook weighs 1.65kg.

The Asus EeeBook E205SA sports a 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 pixels LED backlit touch screen display and is powered by dual-core Intel Celeron N3050 processor with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. It comes with VGA web camera, USB Type C, micro HDMI, SD card reader, a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. For wireless connectivity there is WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.1. It weighs 1.20kg.

The Asus EeeBook E402 and EeeBook E205SA are riced at Rs. 16,990 and Rs. 23,990 respectively and will be available from Asus exclusive stores.
